2zum Vorsitz in der nächsten Volksversammlung,
3hierüber verhandeln lassen und die
4Beschlussvorlage des Rates in die
5Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es für
6gut befindet, dass man belobige Alexandros S.d.
7Mylleas, Makedone aus Beroia, wegen seiner
8Leistung und seines Wohlwollens gegenüber dem
9Volk der Athener, und ihn bekränze
10mit goldenem Kranz gemäß dem
11Gesetz; dass er Athener sein soll
12und seine Nachkommen, und eingeschrieben
13werde in Phyle und Demos und Phratrie,
14die er will, gemäß dem Gesetz;
15dass die Thesmotheten für ihn
16die Prüfung der Bürgerrechtsverleihung einleiten
17in dem öffentlichen Gerichtshof; dass diesen
18Beschluss der Sekretär des Volkes
19aufzeichne auf eine steinerne Stele
20und aufstelle auf der Akropolis; dass die
21Kosten für die Aufzeichnung

3shall put the matter on the agenda
4and submit the opinion of the Council
5to the People, that it seems good to the Council
6to praise Alexandros son of Mylleas
7[the Macedonian] from Beroia for his excellence
8and good will towards the Athenian
9People, and to crown
10him with a gold crown according
11to the law; and he shall be Athenian,
12and his descendants, and he shall enrol
13in the tribe and deme and phratry
14that he wishes according to the law;
15and the court presidents shall introduce
16for him the scrutiny of his citizenship
17to the court; and the secretary
18of the People shall inscribe this decree
19on a stone stele
20and stand it on the acropolis; and
21the board of administrators shall give
22the expenditure for the inscription.
